A message from Attorney William Grant

Mr. Candela,

I am reviewing the Court action last week and preparing for the election on 12-19-2024. I will complete a few of the housekeeping items in advance of the mtg.

Thank you for your endeavors in procuring multiple options last week that were required to be prepared for the Court hearing, including, but not limited to: professional vendors such as the mgt company, CPA and IT, especially in light of not knowing what the Court would authorize or not.  Fortunately, CSCA can now continue to conduct its own mgt of the CSCA based on the Court’s ruling, which I know is preferred. It was important to be prepared before the Court just in case any of those options would be needed by the Court, especially with the needed mgt option and the IRS delinquent tax bills that the Court was concerned with and addressed. The CSCA CPA can now address and attempt to recover some monies required to be paid to the IRS.  Thus, and in light of the Court’s entering of the Order, all other options we were prepared for, for the Court’s consideration weren’t necessary. I will reach out to those affected and thank them for their time and potential availability to the CSCA.

Please post for CSCA Membership review.

Merry Christmas to all!

Thank you,

William J. Grant, Esq.
